The lenses of the robust Xenon Jade lens series have a light intensity of 2.8 and are suitable for pixel sizes of up to 2.8 µm and are therefore particularly suitable for use in combination with the Sony sensors IMX253, 420/425 and 530/540. Even with an open aperture, these lenses offer particularly good imaging performance with both visible and IR lighting.
The precise and stable mechanism maintains the image position even in harsh industrial environments. Therefore, the Xenon-Jade lenses are particularly suitable for demanding test and measurement tasks in 3D/2D measurement technology and Robotic Vision. Surface inspection, quality control and classification from classic Machine Vision and automated optical inspection (AOI) and others are possible areas of application.

These compact 2/3″ APO C-Mount lenses are corrected from 400–1,000 nm and can therefore be used in the visible and near infrared range with practically no focus difference. The excellent imaging performance was achieved, among other things, by a complex optical design and the use of special »ultra low dispersion« glasses. A broadband anti-reflection coating reduces stray light and increases transmission over the entire spectral range. The lenses are available with a choice of manual or motorized aperture and are therefore equally suitable for video surveillance and technical applications. A robust version is also available.

Many camera manufacturers use the F-Mount bayonet or the V48-Mount as the camera/lens interface of their high-resolution area and line scan cameras. Schneider-Kreuznach has addressed these issues with high-resolution lenses from the EMERALD series for large format cameras with up to 29 MP sensors.
The low-distortion lenses with an image circle diameter of up to 82 mm are compact, robust, distance and aperture lockable. They are designed for close range (S) and far range (L) and optimized for uniform image quality across the entire sensor area.
The 400 to 1,000 nm broadband coating makes them suitable for applications in the visible and near infrared range. The variety of alternative mounts makes them even more flexible for a variety of applications in Machine Vision, quality control, web inspection and other Machine Vision applications.
