Lenses by Qioptiq (Linos)

The dynamic market development, the short innovation cycles in the Photonics area as well as the competition demand from the producer and the supplier the highest degree of flexibility and commitment in the development of new products. This presupposes that problems are solved interdisciplinarily and the most diverse fields – from optics production and mechanics to electro-optics and electronics to data processing – are mastered. To meet these demands, Qioptiq has consistently positioned itself as a provider of customized problem solutions for OEM customers.


Compact Lenses for 1/3″ CCD-Cameras

Due to their extreme compactness, microcameras with 1/3″ CCD are particularly suitable for monitoring and testing tasks where the dimensions or weight of the camera must be very small.

The following lenses are suitable for the wavelength range of 400 to 700nm and have a large focal length range of 3.8 to 30mm. They offer maximum detail reproduction, high contrast and low distortion and uniform field illumination (low vignetting).


Measuring Lenses MeVis-C

These lenses are optimized for a wide range of magnifications, have excellent resolution, uniform brightness distribution over the entire image field, and low distortion. They were developed for the spectral range 400–900nm (VIS and NIR) and have a C-mount connection for CCD cameras with a lockable focus and aperture setting.

The delivered images are free of irritating color edges and show no color fringes when using 3-chip cameras with beam splitters. All lenses have a M35.5x0.5 filter thread.

Telecentric Lenses TL and x.tc

These lenses are suitable for high resolution, extremely small distortion 2D measurement. They provide high transmission in the visible range and are insensitive to variations in object distance.

All lenses have a standard filter thread and are compatible with the Qioptiq FLS and X95 banking systems.

The areas of application include image processing, parts identification, quality assurance, process control and automation technology.

Macro Lenses

The macro lenses for CCD cameras developed by Qioptiq are characterized by the highest resolution, excellent contrast, color neutrality and are virtually distortionfree.

A large selection of macrolenses is available: A number of macro lenses with fixed focal lengths for magnifications of 0.14x (ratio 1:7) to 8x (ratio 8:1), which can be supplied with various fixed diaphragm aperture settings, as well as a number of macro lenses with fixed focal lengths for magnifications of 2x to 8x, which are available in a choice of versions with parallel axis illumination for shadow-free illumination (for example in narrow recesses).

Macro lenses for magnifications from 0.14x to 1x

Depending on the application, it is possible to choose between the largest relative aperture or the greatest depth of field with low vignetting and thus with more consistent illumination of the image field.

Measuring Lenses

Qioptiq manufactures a series of high-quality measuring lenses. These are mainly used in applications where a small distortion of the object to be measured is required.

The types with a focal length of 25 to 35mm have a mounting thread M32.5 x 0.5.

An adapter ring M39 x 1/26″ is included. The lenses with a focal length of 40 to 105mm are supplied with a connection thread M39 x 1/26″ (Leica thread).

Rogonar-S
Low-cost lenses with good imaging performance. Optimal price-performance ratio.
Rodagon
High-performance lenses of very uniform image quality and wide scale range.
Rodagon-WA
High-performance lenses with extended viewing angle (so shorter focal length with the same image field possible).
Apo-Rodagon-N
Apochromatically corrected lenses for the highest demands on a particularly wide scale.
Apo-Rodagon-D
Apochromatically corrected special lenses for highest demands at magnifications of 1:5 to 1:3.
