2 Megapixel Lenses, compact (1/2″ and 2/3″)

Ricoh's proven 2 megapixel lens series covers many applications: Choose the best lens for your focal length and format requirements.

These manual iris lenses are a great choice when it comes to 2 megapixel image capture in image processing. With their exceptionally compact design and high performance, they deliver outstanding results in the inspection of high-precision manufacturing (chip mounting, wafers, board fabrication, etc.).

Version 2 lenses, which are now consistently 2/3″ by popular demand, expand the range offered by the existing and highly successful 2 megapixel series. The new design of the lenses has further improved all the optical values ​​so that these lenses are ideal for a wide range of applications.

Bright pictures right up to the edge
The new lenses produce bright and high-resolution images from the center to the edges.
High resolution and high contrast across the entire lens
Very little loss of resolution and contrast at the lens edge. Even images right at the periphery are suitable for measurements and inspection tasks.
Shortened M.O.D. (Minimum Object Distance)
Thanks to newly developed optics, the minimum object distance has been shortened to 10 cm (except FL-CC5024A-2M: 30 cm). This allows even better close-ups without intermediate rings.
Low distortion
The distortion is particularly problematic for precise measurement tasks and exact applications. This was greatly reduced to 0.02 % to a maximum of 0.56 %.
