On this page you will find more detailed information about the small parts we use in our application examples.

In addition to pre-assembled modules, we will also gradually add these small parts to our online store to provide an easy source of supply for replicas if required.

PR-100		Aluminum profile 20 × 20 mm with length 100 mm Attention: There are different shapes of these profiles on the market! We use the version »Groove 6, Type-B«. Serves to build up a profilebase for the purpose of fixing the component holders for the optical components. The connection of the profiles to one another is done with the angle connectors CC-20L

PR-250		Aluminum profile 20 × 20 mm with length 250 mm Attention: There are different shapes of these profiles on the market! We use the version »Groove 6, Type-B«. CC-20L		Angle connector; This can be used to join aluminum profiles together at right angles to build up a profile base. Slot nuts SN-20-M5, cylinder head screws SM-5x8 or SM-5x8 and washers WA-M5 are used for fastening.
RB-12x12		Rubber buffers 12 × 12 mm These self-adhesive rubber buffers ensure that a profile base is stable and non-slip on a base and does not scratch it. The minimum height of the buffers should be 5 mm.

ESD-10x20		ESD foam piece 10 × 20 mm This ESD foam blank can be used to fix detectors in their housings simply but effectively. These are placed between the rear of the detector and the housing cover and, after the cover has been screwed down, press the detector against the front of the housing with slight pressure.
SM-2x10-N		Polyamide screw M2 × 10 These plastic screws are used to fix optical components in their holders from the 3D printer. For this purpose, the holders offer a suitable opening into which a TI-M2x4 thread insert for the screw is melted.
SM-2x4		Cylinderhead screw M2 × 4 This is mainly used to screw housing covers or secure other covers. For this purpose, the corresponding 3D printed parts offer a suitable opening into which a TI-M2x4 thread insert for the screw is melted.
SM-3x25		Cylinderhead screw M3 × 25 Used as a rotary axis for component holders with, for example, tilting capability.
SM-4x8		Cylinderhead screw M4 × 8 We use galvanized screws with hexagon socket according to DIN 912. This screw is mainly used to connect component holders to the corresponding baseplates.
SM-5x12		Cylinderhead screw M5 × 12 We use galvanized screws with hexagon socket according to DIN 912. Used for fastening angle connectors CC-20L in conjunction with sliding blocks SN-20-M5 and washers WA-M5.
SM-5x14		Cylinderhead screw M5 × 14 We use galvanized screws with hexagon socket according to DIN 912. These screws are used to attach the baseplates to the aluminum profiles.
SM-5x8		Cylinderhead screw M5 × 8 We use galvanized screws with hexagon socket according to DIN 912. These screws are used to attach the baseplates to the aluminum profiles.
SN-20-M5		M5 Sliding blocks for 20 mm profile These sliding blocks fit into the aluminum profiles and have an M5 inner hole. This can then be used to screw other components to the profile.
SP-5x15		Spring In adjustable components with knurled screws, a restoring force is usually required. This is where these compression springs help.
TI-M2x4		Thread insert M2 × 4 These threaded inserts are mainly used for screwing housing covers or other components that are not exposed to large forces, using suitable M2 screws.
TI-M3x6		Thread insert M3 × 6 This threaded insert is mainly used together with M3 knurled screws for adjustable component holders.
TI-M4x4		Thread insert M4 × 4 This is used to screw the component holders to the associated base plates using suitable M4 screws.
WA-M3-P		Washer M3 plastic The use is mainly in conjunction with M3 screws.
WA-M4		Washer M4 We use galvanized washers according to DIN 125 form B with an inner diameter of 4.3 mm. The use is mainly in connection with M4 screws.
WA-M5		Washer M5 We use galvanized washers according to DIN 125 form B with an inner diameter of 5.3 mm. The use is mainly in connection with M5 screws.
