Fluorescence Filters

Eureca offers a range of high quality fluorescence filters to separate fluorescent light from excitation light. In this case, short-wave light, which stimulates fluorochromes to fluoresce, reflected while the long-wavelength excitation light is transmitted. Fields of application of such filters include bioanalytics.

The filters are available in different standard sizes. The dimensions given are the mechanical external dimensions, the range of the free aperture is a few millimeters less. Other customer-specific dimensions as well as the delivery of filters in plug-in or screw-type sockets are possible.

In addition to classical fluorescence microscopy, in which these filters are mainly used, there are some advanced microscopic applications, such as confocal laser scanning microscopy and multi-photon fluorescence microscopy. Other methods in which the resolution is improved by circumventing the Abbe limit include this.
