With the help of the 3D-0060 print part, e. g. component holders for optical elements can be attached to a 20 × 20 mm profile. With the help of two cylinder head screws SM-5x12 incl. washer and two sliding blocks SN-20-M5 this is screwed to the profile (see pictures »Fastening« and »Accessories«).
Similar baseplates with different lengths are available, so that a suitable baseplate is available for each component to be mounted (e. g. 3D-0020 and 3D-0040).
This 3D-printed part is a component of one of our DIY spectrometers, for which we periodically publish application examples. However, it can also be used to easily set up other optoelectronic experiments. In addition to the STEP files for quick reprinting, the FreeCAD files are also freely available here, making it easy to modify the 3D-printed parts to adapt an experiment to your specific needs.
For printing the parts, we use 3D printers from Prusa and Bambu Lab with PLA filament in-house. If you do not own a 3D printer but would still like to replicate our experiments, please contact us. We are sure to find a solution together. In the near future, we also plan to offer finished printed parts as well as complete modules through our Maker web shop.
