For securing aluminum profiles at right angles with the correct spacing between them (version for aluminum profiles with a 6.4 mm groove width)

This 3D-printed part is a component of one of our DIY spectrometers, for which we periodically publish application examples. However, it can also be used to easily set up other optoelectronic experiments. For more information on the basic functions of the individual 3D-printed parts, see here: »The Idea Behind Our Construction Kit«

In addition to the STEP files for quick reprinting, the FreeCAD files are also freely available here, making it easy to modify the 3D-printed parts to adapt an experiment to your specific needs.

For printing the parts, we use 3D printers from Prusa and Bambu Lab with PLA filament in-house. If you do not own a 3D printer but would still like to replicate our experiments, please contact us. We are sure to find a solution together. In the near future, we also plan to offer finished printed parts as well as complete modules through our Maker web shop.

You can find the assembly instructions for the modules, the complete spectrometer and the application examples published so far on the linked subpages.
